This function offers you the option of viewing various statistics within your app. You can look at detailed statistics for topics such as challenges, efficient driving style, fuel costs, etc.

The day range is defined as 5:01 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the night range is defined as 9:01 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
